• The modules in this promotion have a 12 month license, what happens at the end of this time period?

The 12 month license will provide you with module updates when they are released by the publisher. At then end of the 12 month period you will be given the option to purchase a new license or you can decide to stop using the module on your website. If you decide not to renew your license the module will become locked down and will not reactivate until a license has been purchased.

• I activated my license but it expired prematurely.

Your license from this promo will work for the full license period provided that the module is used at least 3 times each month. We reserve the right to deactivate any license that does not demonstrate that the module is being used. This helps to ensure that the money used to fund this promotion is not being wasted by non active modules. If your module does not appear to display activity an e-mail will be sent to you notifying you of potential deactivation.

• My module is not showing up on my website, what happened?

It is most likely the case that the license for your module has become deactivated, login in as Host and go to the page where the module should be. If the license for your module has expired you will be prompted with the option to buy a new license.

• Is there a limit to the number of modules/licenses I can have from this promotion?

No, there is no limit, you can download all the modules available in this promotion and install them on as many hosts as you'd like. There is however a limited number of licenses available through this promotion so we encourage you to be courteous and only take what you'll use. If we detect that the modules you've activated are not being used we reserve the right to revoke your license and deactivate your module.

• How long will this promotion last?

The promotion will be available while supplies last ending is the first quarter of calendar year 2007

• I have already purchased some of these modules, can I extend the subscription on these modules, or claim the money back from the developer of these modules?

The licenses will not extend a current subscription you have with a module developer and will not allow you to claim any money back. 

• I am already a customer to one of your FlatBurger System™ Distribution Network Partners can I also access the modules?

Yes all current and new customers of our FlatBurger System™ Distribution Network Partners can access the modules and skins while supplies last. All you have to do is login to your account with our partner and view look for the Accelerant Offer page.
