Bob Smith has over 20 years
experience creating and managing

businesses. He started his first
directory publishing company in
1984. Mr. Smith became a member of
AOL management team in 1992, where
his first assignment was helping
large media companies such as the
New York Times, Tribune Company and
Hachette Filipacchi Magazines create
their first online community
ventures. He went on to serve as
General Manager of all of AOL's
community programming operations. He
was founder of AOL's Digital City,
the first nation-wide city guide
service, growing that business to
over $100 million in sales.
Bill Phelan
Co-Founder & Chief Executive
Officer
With over 20 years of operating,
managing, and technical and
financial experience, Bill Phelan is
an accomplished entrepreneur and
leader. Mr. Phelan was founder and
CEO of OneMade, Inc., a venture
financed firm that operated an "eBay
like" e-commerce marketplace
exchange, which was successfully
sold to America Online (NYSE: TWX)
in May 2003.
Prior to that, Mr. Phelan led the
acquisition of Florists Transworld
Delivery, Inc., and served as the
Chief Strategist and COO of the
firm's technology and network
services business. FTD™ is the
world's largest floral technology
services organization in the world
connecting over 20,000 domestic
florists and over 40,000
international florists through an
e-commerce floral order exchange,
the Mercury Network™. FTD™ also
operates the most popular consumer
facing e-commerce system to route
floral orders directly to
participants in the Mercury Network™
through FTD.com. FTD™ was sold to
Leonard Green and Associates in
February 2004 and subsequently taken
public (NYSE:FTD).
Justin Law
Chief Technology Officer &
Vice President Product Strategy
Justin Law has more than a decade of
accomplishments in technology and
product leadership in the mobile,
search, advertising and e-commerce
industries. This experience spans
Fortune 500, mid-sized companies and
venture backed technology start-ups
with broad ranging responsibilities
including general management, team
leadership, business strategy,
product launch and market share
expansion.
Prior to joining FlatBurger, Law was
the Senior Director of Mobile Search
at Infospace, Inc., where he was
responsible for the development and
distribution of Mobile Search
engines across Tier 1 carriers in
the United States and Europe. Before
joining Infospace, Law was a Product
Principal at America Online, where
he was responsible for the
invention, development and
deployment of patent pending
technologies in both web search and
advertising. He joined AOL through
its acquisition of OneMade, Inc., a
venture financed firm that operated
an "eBay like" e-commerce
marketplace exchange, where he
served as the CTO and VP Product.
Law holds an MS in Chemistry from
Tufts University and a BA in
Chemistry from the State University
of New York at Oswego.
Tami Olheiser
Chief Finance and Administration Officer
Tami Olheiser has over 14 years of high tech experience spanning software and wireless telecommunications. As a key member of the Flatburger management team, Olheiser is leading financial planning & operations and administration.
Olheiser joined Flatburger from IA Systems where she was the Vice President of Finance and Administration where she was responsible for all finance, accounting, human resources and legal functions. Prior to IA Systems, Olheiser was with Microsoft (Business Solutions group) charged with building out the division’s finance team, developing procedures for forecasting and reporting, creating profitability and investment models and overall P&L management.
Olheiser holds an MBA from Sage Graduate School and an undergraduate degree from Minnesota State University.
Joshua McWilliam
Co-Founder & Chief Software
Architect
Joshua McWilliam is the primary
technical resource and evangelist
for FlatBurger's third-party
relationships, both in the United
States and overseas. Prior to
joining the FlatBurger team, Mr.
McWilliam designed and implemented
systems in various industries,
including banking, insurance, and
customer service. As CTO and
co-founder of an online retailer of
performance auto parts, he managed
the development of an e-commerce
system which controlled an inventory
of tens of thousands of parts and
automatically processed orders from
their many manufacturers and
distributors. He also managed an
online marketing campaign that
increased the company's sales by
400%. As a Senior Software Engineer
at AOL, Mr. McWilliam was
responsible for architecting the
localization, co-branding, member
management and search systems for
the AOL Classifieds system. The
search system enabled detailed
searching and logging of data by an
unlimited number of custom
attributes per category, and powered
all of AOL's Careers and Work
channel via its proprietary API.
Mr. McWilliam has worn many hats at
FlatBurger, beginning as a
co-founder of the company. He was
the first member of the company to
begin working with the DotNetNuke
platform, and has a significant
amount of experience with both the
technical aspects and business use
of the software. As a DotNetNuke
Core Team Project Leader, Josh is
FlatBurger’s primary interface with
the DotNetNuke Community, and is
tasked with ensuring FlatBurger can
help guide DotNetNuke to its full
potential.
Kim Su Lloyd
Vice President, Marketing
Kim Lloyd has over 16 years
experience in the high-tech industry
with a focus on web and developer
tools software product marketing and
management. In her role, she is
responsible for overseeing all
aspects of FlatBurger marketing
including product marketing,
marketing programs, web, user /
consumer experience, branding, and
market thought leadership. She will
contribute to the product strategy,
growth strategy, vision and
build-out of FlatBurger solutions
for the modular software community.
Lloyd joined FlatBurger from MapInfo
Corporation in January 2006, where
she was responsible for Product
Marketing worldwide. In her 13 year
tenure with MapInfo, she was a part
of its growth from early startup to
160 million in revenue annually, 900
employees worldwide, and from a
single to hundreds of products
distributed in over 60 countries.
She managed a team responsible for
the product marketing, launch, and
marketing program strategy efforts
for MapInfo and drove a rebranding
and positioning of the entire
product portfolio. The MapInfo
portfolio spans solutions, developer
tools, data, applications, and
services.
Lloyd holds an MBA from the Lally
School of Management at Rensselaer
Polytechnic Institute and a graduate
of State University College at
Buffalo with a bachelors degree in
Information Systems Management.
